📝 Sample Answer
I think classic fairy tales are still important for children today, but some parts could do with a little update!
On one hand, many fairy tales teach us brilliant lessons. For example, in 'The Three Little Pigs', we learn that hard work pays off and it's good to be prepared. In 'Hansel and Gretel', it shows us to be careful of strangers. These stories can be exciting and help children understand the difference between good and bad in a fun way. They also spark our imaginations.
However, some old fairy tales have things that might not be so good for today's children. Think about 'Cinderella'. She's a lovely character, but she mostly waits for a prince to save her. Modern stories often show girls being strong and solving their own problems. Also, some of the villains can be quite scary for younger children.
Overall, I believe we shouldn't get rid of all the old fairy tales because they are part of our history and teach good morals. But maybe we could have new versions where characters are more independent, or create brand new tales that reflect our world today, while still keeping the magic and lessons.
