Secondly, it could be better for our planet. Raising lots of animals for meat uses up a lot of land and water, and can create pollution. If more people were vegetarian, it might help protect our environment and slow down climate change.
However, there are also challenges. Some people might find it hard to get enough protein if they don't eat meat, which is important for growing bodies. Also, many people simply enjoy eating meat and it's a part of their culture or traditions. For some families, buying vegetarian food might even be more expensive or harder to find in shops.
