My Super Skill!
Everyone has something they are brilliant at that makes them feel proud. Your mission is to write a short paragraph of 4 to 6 sentences all about your super skill or talent. This could be a hobby, a sport, a school subject, helping others, or making people laugh.
In your paragraph, make sure to include:
- Your talent: What is the special thing you are really good at?
- The discovery: How did you learn it, or when did you find out you were good at it?
- Show, don't tell: Describe what you actually do when using your skill (for example, instead of "I am good at drawing," write "When I pick up my pencils, I make colourful dragons come alive on the page!").
- Your feelings: How does practicing this talent make you feel?
