The Prompt
Imagine you're looking up at the night sky. What do you see? A tiny, shimmering star, or the big, bright moon?
For this writing task, you get to choose! Will you write about a magnificent star or the mysterious moon?
Your mission is to write 4 to 6 interesting sentences. In your writing, try to describe:
- What it looks like: Is it small or huge? What colour is it? Does it sparkle, glow, or shine?
- What it does: Does it twinkle in the darkness, sail across the sky, or light up the world?
- How it makes you feel: Does it make you feel calm, curious, or full of wonder?
Use your imagination and brilliant words to paint a picture for your reader. Make your sentences exciting and clear!
