Diary of a Giant
Imagine stepping into the enormous boots of a magnificent, kind-hearted, but lonely giant. You are going to write 2 or 3 diary entries from their unique perspective, sharing their secret thoughts and feelings.
Each entry should describe a different day in their life. As you write, make sure to cover:
- Their Daily Life: What does a giant do all day? Think about how they interact with nature.
- Their Challenges: What struggles do they face living in a world built for tiny humans?
- Their Observations: What strange, funny, or fascinating things do they notice about the human world from high up?
Write in the first person ('I') to bring your giant's gentle voice to life.

27th April Dear Diary, Another day of quiet. The sun felt warm on my shoulders as I stretched, nearly brushing the clouds. I tried to pick some berries for my breakfast, but the bushes were so small, I had to be careful not to squash them. It takes ages to gather enough! Later, I watched the tiny humans in their village. They were all rushing about, like busy ants, carrying colourful flags. I wonder what important event they were celebrating? They looked so happy and busy, it made me feel a little bit lonely up here on the mountain. Still, I saw a beautiful new flower bloom, bigger than my thumb, and that made me smile. My favourite part of the day was watching the little stream sparkle as the sun set. It reminds me that even though I'm huge, there's still so much delicate beauty in the world.
